    How did I transform my physique from a middle aged executive who had never done sport - to being ripped and fit? It all started with one step in the right direction.

    First came the decision to change and follow my childhood dream of learning to surf. Next I took action, joined a gym and began working out. Then came the commitment to keep going and not to listen to my body begging me to stop. I still remember staring with utter disbelief at fit people who went for an eternity on the elliptical machine, when I could hardly manage 2 or 3 minutes. I remember seeing men sweat buckets on their bikes while my legs gave out before breaking a drop of perspiration. I remember seeing people of all ages lifting weights in ways I never imagined and me wondering what all the fuss was about.

    But slowly my body started to change. Then one day I caught a reflection of myself in the gym mirror! For the first time in my life I looked strong and fit. And so began my new journey: learning to surf, learning to lift weights, trying extreme sports, loving every moment and living my life to the full. And all the while my body kept slowly changing, step by step, for the better!

    I am proof that anyone can transform their physique. Remember, it takes a decision, then action and commitment - to keep doing the right things. Your reward will be seeing your body transformed in ways you never believed possible.
