    Currently I am training 6 days a week: four sessions of weights and 4-6 sessions of cardio. My weight training includes free weights, machines, full body workouts and plyometrics. For cardio I love to swim, bike and use the elliptical machine. Occasionally I do a Pilates class on the days I don’t weight train. And I always have one full rest day a week! My diet is very high in protein and low in complex carbohydrates, with some healthy fats. Right now I am training at a moderate intensity and am on a very strict diet.  This is because I am leaning out getting ready for a photo shoot in a few weeks and my competition in March!
