Do you have you a secret dream? Listen up. It might change your life forever, like it did for me!

I was successful and admired. But I realised something very important was missing - I had stopped dreaming. Dreams of desire. Dreams just for me. And what happened next to this extremely conservative, quiet and gentle, middle aged executive was just as surprising to me - as everyone else. I took up surfing!

Not even the artic wind on that stormy day back in Australia, or the ocean spray biting at my face, could dampen my enthusiasm. So what if I was asthmatic and never exercised in my life? What about rocks, rips and great white sharks? My dream was bigger than all that! So I paddled out and caught my first wave. Little did I know back then how that first crazy step out of my safe little world would alter my life forever!

Today I live in Panama, Central America. Since learning to surf at the age of 38, I have traveled Australia, Central America and Europe -surfing, seeking out new adventures and learning Spanish. After a few near death experiences, some steep learning curves and a roller coaster journey, I fell in love with Panama and made it my home.

Today I live my dreams. Because once I learnt to dream again, I never stopped.

You see, my outward journey was really about the inward one. Overcoming my fears, harnessing my emotions, focusing my energy, controlling my mind and challenging my body. To become strong. Super strong. Inside and out.

And I have discovered a secret. Being strong - keeps you young.......
