    Currently I train 4-6 days a week. My weight training includes free weights, machines, full body workouts and plyometrics. For cardio I love to skip, swim, bike and use the elliptical machine.  I have just started boxing again with 1-2 sessions per week (I would love to do more!). My diet is high in protein and complex carbohydrates, with some healthy fats. I have just started a 3 month program of heavy lifting to develop my physique, with a special focus on my legs and glutes so that means eating more, resting well and moderate levels of cardio.
